Operational Standards & Commitment
Precision in Procedure | Integrity in Service
Your RV is a significant investment, and every repair deserves professional workmanship, clear communication, and attention to detail. Enterprise Mobile RV operates according to established service procedures and Washington State regulations to ensure every job is completed safely, responsibly, and with the highest level of professionalism.
Operational Scope & Limitations
To provide the highest quality service while remaining within my licensed scope of work, the following limitations apply:
Recreational Vehicles Only
I service recreational vehicles classified as personal property, including motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, truck campers, toy haulers, and similar units.
I do not service Park Models, Mobile Homes, Manufactured Homes, or permanently skirted RVs connected to permanent septic/sewer systems, as these generally fall under residential construction regulations.
Service Boundaries
For safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, I do not perform:
Internal black or gray holding tank repairs
Major structural frame reconstruction
Complete slide-out structural rebuilds
Repairs requiring licensed specialty trades beyond the scope of mobile RV service
If your repair falls outside these boundaries, I will gladly recommend an appropriate specialist whenever possible.
HOA & Property Requirements
If your RV is located within a community governed by a Homeowners Association (HOA), please verify that mobile RV service is permitted before scheduling. The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary property approvals or access permissions.
My Professional Commitment
30-Day Labor Warranty
I stand behind my workmanship with a 30-day warranty on all labor performed by Enterprise Mobile RV. If an issue arises directly related to my repair during this period, I will inspect and correct the workmanship at no additional labor charge.
Manufacturer Parts & Sourcing Policy
Replacement parts sourced through Enterprise Mobile RV are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty policies. To ensure quality, safety, and compatibility, I generally install parts sourced through authorized industry distributors. If you choose to supply your own parts (such as from online marketplaces like Amazon or eBay), I cannot warranty the part itself, and any manufacturing defects, premature failures, or incompatibility issues will incur additional labor charges to correct.
Clean Site Environmental Policy
Professional service includes leaving your property as clean as I found it. All waste fluids and regulated materials—including engine oil, coolant, fuel filters, and other hazardous maintenance materials—are collected, transported, and disposed of through authorized facilities in accordance with environmental regulations.
Service You Can Trust
Every service call is guided by these core principles:
Professional workmanship
Honest, transparent recommendations
Safety-first procedures
Respect for your property
Industry-standard diagnostic practices
