RV failures don’t follow a schedule, but they usually happen when you’re miles from home. I provide expert, on-site diagnostics to identify the root cause of the breakdown and implement a procedural fix. My mission is to handle the technical stress so you can get back to the reason you left the driveway in the first place: your vacation.
The Enterprise Repair Process
I prioritize quality and transparency from the moment you reach out. Here is what you can expect:
1. Request: Use the link below to select your preferred date and time on my scheduling calendar.
2. Secure: A $100 Service Call Fee is required at the time of booking to lock in your appointment. This fee covers travel (up to 30 miles from Lake Stevens) and the first 30 minutes of on-site diagnostics.
3. Diagnose: I perform a thorough, system-level root-cause analysis. Any labor required after the initial 30 minutes is billed at $125/hour for RV repairs and $150/hour for Generator repairs (billed in 30-minute increments).
4. Approve: I will provide a detailed estimate for the necessary labor and parts. Note that parts must be paid in full prior to ordering.
5. Parts & Follow-up: Please note that some repairs may require a second visit if components need to be ordered. There is no additional Service Call Fee for the follow-up visit required to install parts that I have diagnosed and ordered. I will keep you fully informed on the expected timeline and prioritize scheduling your follow-up as soon as the parts arrive.
6. Complete: Final payment is due upon completion. I accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payments. (Please note: I do not accept personal checks.)
