About Enterprise Mobile RV

Precision in Procedure. Reliability in Results

I’m Mark Murphy, founder of Enterprise Mobile RV. I started this business because I have been exactly where you are—stuck in a beautiful location, only to have a technical failure turn a weekend of freedom into a list of "to-dos." I know the frustration of being told to "just wait" by a dealership service department.

The "300-Mile" Wake-Up Call

My journey into mobile service began with my own RV frustrations. Shortly after purchasing our second trailer, I found myself 300 miles from the dealership with a shower leak. The dealer’s response was standard: "Bring it back and we’ll get to it."

Canceling the trip and hauling a rig 300 miles for a simple fitting wasn’t an option. I tackled the repair myself and discovered that the vibrations of the road had rattled nearly every water and drain line loose. That experience taught me a vital lesson: In an RV, the smallest issue can jeopardize an entire journey.

Solving the Generator "No-Man's-Land"

I faced a similar challenge when a local shop refused to service my Yamaha 2K inverter generator. Using my background in systems analysis, I dove into the failure, sourced the components, and restored the unit myself. I realized that if I was struggling to find reliable, professional help, many others were likely stranded, too. I decided to fill that gap.

A Career Built on Mission-Readiness

I don’t just "fix things"—I follow a process. My approach is forged by 40 years of high-stakes service:

  • 24 Years of Military Service: My time in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army instilled the importance of punctuality and a "mission-ready" mindset.

  • 20 Years in Emergency Management: I specialized in solving complex problems under pressure. For your RV, this means I don’t "parts-swap"; I perform thorough root-cause analysis to ensure the problem stays solved.

My Philosophy: Ordnung ist das halbe Leben

There is an old German proverb I live by:  "Ordnung ist das halbe Leben"—Order is half of life.

When I arrive at your site, you’ll see this in action. I maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow a documented checklist for every repair. Whether I’m performing an advanced generator load test or a simple roof reseal, I treat your rig with the same precision I would my own.

Rooted in Snohomish County

As proud residents of Lake Stevens, my family and I are deeply invested in this community. When I’m not working on a rig, you’ll likely find us enjoying a morning walk at the Everett Marina. I treat every client like a neighbor—because, in this community, that is exactly what you are.
